ALL-INCLUSIVE WARRANTY PLAN

3 YEARS.
PEACE OF MIND.

A proposed three-year all-inclusive parts and labour warranty upgrade for eligible ElectroFuse systems.

PLAN PRICE15% of the PC build price
Proposed all-inclusive planIntended to cover eligible PC hardware parts and repair labour throughout the three-year term, subject to the final written warranty terms.
01

What the plan covers

For the selected three-year term, the plan is intended to cover eligible hardware faults in the PC components supplied as part of the ElectroFuse system. “All-inclusive” means both replacement parts and repair labour are intended to be covered for an approved claim, subject to the final written warranty terms.

The plan applies to the PC configuration recorded on your order. The product listing and order confirmation identify the system and any component substitutions agreed at purchase.

02

Keep the PC in its supplied configuration

  • Use the PC at its normal manufacturer settings. CPU or graphics-card overclocking is not permitted under this plan.
  • Contact ElectroFuse before opening the system to change internal components, perform an upgrade or arrange a repair.
  • Upgrades and internal changes must be carried out by ElectroFuse unless we have given written approval for a specific change.
  • Keep the system dry, properly ventilated and connected to a suitable power supply. Follow the setup and care instructions provided with the PC.

If an unauthorized modification, overclock or third-party repair caused or contributed to the fault, the related damage may fall outside this commercial warranty. Each claim is assessed against the fault and the written terms.

03

Faults outside the plan

The plan is intended for eligible hardware faults. It does not provide accidental-damage cover. Damage caused by liquid, impact, misuse, unsuitable power, overheating due to blocked ventilation, unauthorized repair or a change to the system may be excluded where that event caused or contributed to the fault.

Software, game performance, data recovery, internet service and separately purchased peripherals are outside this PC hardware plan unless the written warranty statement says otherwise.

04

How a claim works

  1. Start the claim form with your order number, contact email, PC model and a description of the fault.
  2. We may ask for additional details or reasonable troubleshooting steps to understand the issue.
  3. Wait for claim instructions before sending the PC or arranging a repair.
  4. If the fault is eligible, the remedy will be handled under the written warranty terms. Those terms should explain the service method and any applicable transport arrangements.

Back up important files before any service. Repair work can require access to or replacement of storage devices.

Your statutory rights

This commercial warranty is additional to your consumer rights. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires consumer goods to meet statutory standards, and a warranty cannot remove those rights.
